Tenants are required to sign a 1 year lease. Should the need arise to terminate the lease agreement for whatever reason before the 12 months are up, the tenant forfeits his/her deposit and may be held liable for the remaining months of the agreement. In some cases, if the tenant will provide a FULL 30 days written notice stating their intentions to terminate the lease, they may be released from agreement without being held liable for the remaining months. In either case the security deposit will be forfeited. |
